Le prix ,tel que déterminé lors de la réservation du séjour ,comprend l’utilisation de l’hébergement et des meubles ainsi que les consommations ( eau, gaz, électricité, telecom…) . 90 % du prix pour la location appartement er 10% pour la location du mobilier . Nieuwpoort is considered a top location at the belgian coast for its combo of the beach and relaxing town life in the renewed city centre.

A lovely family home right in the middle of Wemeldinge Marina, with the sea at the end of the road. Set in a cosy village, which has a small beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km from the house, and cycling paths everywhere. The house is able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so I am afraid that I will have to turn down any requests from groups or families with more than four adults.

De chalet is gelegen op Strandcamping Valkenisse, vlakbij het enige zuidstrand van Nederland, met een snackbar op het terrein en een fijn restaurant er net buiten - en veel gezinsvriendelijke activiteiten. Geniet van mijn plek vanwege het comfortabele bed waarin je heerlijk slaapt en je een eigen badkamer hebt vanuit de slaapkamer. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen en gezinnen (met kinderen). Heb je een logé - of twee - voor een nachtje? Dan is de slaapbank in de woonkamer bruikbaar.

Hier kan je genieten van een rustig verblijf aan het mooiste strand van Nederland, op 200m van de zee. Het is er zalig wandelen (vb natuurgebied Verdronken Zwarte Polder) en fietsen langs luxe fietspaden. Kinderen kunnen volop ravotten in de speeltuin of op het strand. Honger of dorst ? Geniet van de leuke strandpaviljoens met zicht op zee. Ga op ontdekking langs pittoreske dorpjes in de buurt (Groede, Retranchement, ..). Je logeert op 15 km van Knokke en Sluis.

Lovely family house with 4 guest bedrooms

Pleasant property for families with children, near the center. There is ample free parking(4/5 cars), close to all kinds of shops, bakery/butcher, supermarkets, park with a playground. And all this at walking distance from the local lake. And also from the train that runs to the beach in Zeebrugge in summer. All indoor toys for children (Lego, puzzles, games) and outdoor toys (go-cart, trampoline, table tennis/air hockey and table football) are available.

Nice home 400m from the beach. All comfort available, such as TV and Wifi. Cozy living room with large windows giving access to the terrace for the summer or with the wood stove burning in the winter. Spacious bedrooms with all a sink. In addition, a shower room and a bathroom with bath / shower. Spacious kitchen for a quick snack or to cook gastronomic, and a spacious basement where everything can be stored. Enjoy!

Comfortable, Sunny, Spacious, cosy, quiet, rural but central in Zeeland with heating. At a short distance (by car) the cities, of Middelburg, Goes and Vlissingen, Antwerpen, Brugge, Gent. The beach and Sea are a little farther away with 20 min drive. And the cities Brugge and Gent are also at a reasonable distance. A family with 2 young children fits. But 3 Adults is too much. (2 employees can stay. In the loft)

The house is situated in a quiet location, but at a walking distance (2 minutes) to the center of Oostkapelle, where there is a large supermarket, bakery, various restaurants / cafés and various shops. Je zult genieten van mijn plek vanwege de ruimte, stilte, rustige buurt en een groot appartement vol met gezelligheid. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen en gezinnen (met kinderen).
