Lerwick is the capital of Shetland and our property is located on the outer edge of town, in the prestigious development at Quoys Road. Our superbly finished property, which is of the highest quality, is perfect for business trips, short-breaks and holidaying with family or friends. Boasting 2 large reception rooms, this is the perfect space to suit everyone's needs. Our property enjoys unrestricted views and boasts a spectacular panoramic view of Lerwick. Sitting closer to Norway than the Scottish mainland, Shetland has many Scandinavian influences. We are fortunate to live on an island where we enjoy a large variety of wildlife combined with breath taking scenery and stunning islands. Shetland is renowned for its iconic fair isle knitting and rich fishing industries and hosts many festivals including Up Helly Aa and the Folk Festival. There are many arts and crafts opportunities, museums and musical events for you to enjoy. This is a elegant retreat on two levels including a large kitchen/dining room, downstairs bathroom and upstairs bedrooms and living area. For families there are child locks, stair gates, cot and high chair available upon request. Part of the downstairs is locked off for work space and will be in use through the day. There are two entrances so your stay will remain private. The View is on a small estate

Bain’s Beach cosy central retreat overlooks the harbour and natural urban beach in the historical and picturesque ‘sooth end’ of the quiet, quaint area of old Lerwick. Perfect for wild swimming with amazing sea-views of sea-going vessels, wildlife, seabirds, seals and occasional orcas! Close to high street shops, eateries, cinema, museum and coastal walks. Ideal retreat for annual Lerwick Up Helly Aa, Shetland Folk Festival, Shetland Wool Week and many local cultural, nature and music events.

This modern cosy one bedroom flat is set in the heart of Lerwick within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the town centre. A completely renovated flat with all modern facilities. Great for couples, business travellers and tourists. The property has a spacious living room with smart 65” TV and WIFI. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons. There is a double bed in the bedroom with SIMBA mattress. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer available for guest to use.

Bothy Be Wast

Really get away from it all in this unique secluded bothy tucked away on the west coast of the Whiteness peninsula on the shore of the beautiful Stromness Voe. Take a 5-10min stroll over the hill and down to the bothy nestled among reeds on the shore to feel a thousand miles from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeps up to 4 persons with power supplied via 240V battery power pack. Drinking water will be supplied and shower/sink supply will be topped up as required.

Sea Winds, is a newly renovated c. 1760 two-storey listed townhouse located in the picturesque south end of Commercial Street, Lerwick. With beautiful open views over Bain's Beach, you can enjoy life by the sea with all the modern comforts of the house has to offer, including a wood burning stove. Close to the BBC series 'Shetland 'Jimmy Perez' home', and minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and pubs in Lerwick, Sea Winds makes an excellent base to tour the isles.

Comfortable two bedroom cottage, situated in the centre of Lerwick. The cottage has recently been refurbished, and is decorated with a modern feel. Located on King Harald Street, the cottage is within walking distance of Lerwick town centre, near various cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. Please be aware that there are two sets of steps to get up to the cottage (27 in total), so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues, or prams/buggies.
