Cozy apartment in the town center, with a ski room and private garage. 100 meters from the Cretaz chairlift, ticket office, ski schools, ice rink, and children's play area. The shops, bars, and restaurants are just around the corner. A short walk from the golf club, tennis courts, and Nordic ski trail. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and overlooks the private communal garden with views of the Grandes Murailles mountain range and the Matterhorn, in a quiet and peaceful setting.

L'alloggio è situato al secondo piano della residenza Villa Vitale e può ospitare 2 persone. È composto da un ampio soggiorno con divano letto a due posti e angolo cottura attrezzato, bagno con doccia e terrazzo di 70 mq. È fornito di un armadietto esterno per gli scarponi e di un armadio per gli sci. È appena stato ristrutturato ed è rivestito di un legno pregiato (abete). Il bagno è in abete e pietra di luserna. È situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla partenza della funivia per Plain Maison

PARFUM D'ANTAN si trova al piano inferiore della casa in cui vivono Italo e Laura e i loro figli Sofia e Matteo. Nella ristrutturazione, hanno voluto mantenere le caratteristiche originali . L'alloggio è arredato in stile di montagna con alcuni mobili antichi della tradizione rurale valdostana. E'costituito da due ambienti, un'ampia e luminosa cucina e un'accogliente camera con bagno. Gli spazi hanno pareti rivestite in legno di larice di cui si può apprezzare il calore ed il profumo.

Im Sommer 2020 haben wir unser Studio renoviert. Es befindet sich an bester Lage ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt und der Gornergratbahn. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht über das Dorf. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein 1.80m Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen kleinen Esstisch. Fernseher mit Apple TV-Box (kein Kabelfernsehen!) & WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Haus sind ein Lift sowie ein Skiraum vorhanden.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is arranged on two floors with a magnificent terrace that directly overlooks the slope from which you can depart towards the ski lifts. Inside, a large living room with television, dining area and kitchen; the lower floor is connected by a spiral staircase, here are the bedrooms and the bathroom. You will find yourself in a warm and welcoming apartment with a panoramic view of the wonderful Breuil valley.

ALLOGGIO CON GARAGE. Il mio alloggio è vicino alle TERME e al CENTRO DEL PAESE che si raggiungono comodamente a PIEDI. L' alloggio è adatto a coppie e amici con 1 camera matrimoniale o camera con due letti singoli. C’è un grande balcone . The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.
