The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY, INSIDE AND OUT

Private Waterfall Apt | No Shared Spaces | pets+

Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

The home's lower level retreat is close to the French Broad River, bike trails, Dupont and Pisgah Forest, and about a 10-minute drive to downtown Brevard. You’ll love this home because of the quiet area surrounded by trees in development. We have recently acquired a hoot owl and a couple of our famous white squirrels that are now in the trees around the house. The drive to downtown includes great views of the mountains. The space is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The Brick on 5th is a beautifully renovated historic apartment just steps from Main Street, featuring original exposed brick, a luxurious king bed, a full kitchen, and everything you need for a relaxing couples’ getaway. Spend the day exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains, then come back to town and stroll to some of our towns best restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and local boutiques, all just steps from your door.

Secluded mountain escape with blazing fast WIFI (gigabit fiber optic). I've been personally building this studio for 2 years, and can’t wait to share my vision and hard work with you. The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests. No pets allowed, we love them.

Blue Ridge Mountain Getaway, Pet Friendly

Made with couples and single guests in mind...located just 15 minutes outside of Brevard, our studio retreat offers a private entrance from our home, an open floor plan, queen bed, bath and kitchen. (No standard oven). The road to the property has a steady incline with a mix of gravel and paved. It opens to a secluded, wooded setting that overlooks the hillside and nearby mountain. Yard is not fenced. Our social dog, Charlie, may be off-leash and could be the first to greet you.😊

The apartment has a full kitchen, large shower and a fire pit on the deck for your enjoyment This area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, music lovers, hikers and cyclists. If you are planning to visit our state and national parks, please check to see which trails are open. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.
