The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. It's a new build apartment. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. The parking is very close to the apartment. Contact us for anything.

All units are decorated to tell a unique story of inspiration and peace you can find while overlooking the magnificent landscape of this area. The surrounding area is ideal for forest exploration, trekking, mountain biking, and jogging. You'll also be treated to stunning views of the mountains, the Bribir Valley, and Novi Vinodolski. Our 120-year-old house is located in the charming village of Mavrići. After a meticulous renovation, completed this year, our villa offers a perfect blend of timeless charm and modern comforts. Indulge in a range of amenities including swimming pool, sauna, a well-equipped gym, hot tub, summer kitchen and playground for children. Situated just 4km away from the stunning beaches of Crikvenica, Villa provides a peaceful retreat while still offering easy access to the bustling coastal town.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Marina Spacious Family Apartment

Prostrani apartman od 70 m² u mirnom Križišću, idealan za obitelj. Nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, dnevni boravak s 65" Smart TV-om (besplatan Netflix), kupaonicu te perilicu i sušilicu rublja. Dostupni su klima uređaj, besplatni Wi-Fi i parkiranje. Plaža je udaljena 5 minuta vožnje. Check-in od 16:00, check-out do 12:00. Pušenje i kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni. U blizini su biciklističke staze, planinarske rute i kulturne znamenitosti otoka Krka.

Holiday house Marea smjestena je u malom mjestu Bribiru, 6 km od Crikvenice i 5 minuta voznje od Novog Vinodolskog. U 150m2 smjestene su 3 klimatizirane sobe, 2 kupaone, moderno opremljena kuhinja i dnevni boravak. Na raspolaganju je u sklopu kupaone infracrvena sauna za potpuni relax. Zatvoreni tip dvorišta osigurava potpuni osjećaj slobode i privatnosti. Osim velikog bazena i roštilja, posebno smo mislili na naše najmlađe pa se u dvorištu nalazi i sadržaj za djecu.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
