Gran’s Cottage is a beautiful three bedroom cottage dating from 1890, fully modernised & refurbished. We can accommodate upto 5 guests in our stonebuilt cottage. Log Burner (logs provided), UNLIMITED WiFi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Air Fryer, Microwave, TV, PlayStation provided. A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath Entry to the property by lockbox. The Annexe, Champion House, Moorend Farm, BS16 1SP

A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

Annex 54

A lovely self contained annex in the heart of Warmley, on the outskirts of Bristol and Bath. Both Bristol and Bath within 30 minutes commuting distance. The Annex is split into a bathroom/bedroom/living area. There is a king size bed, 55 inch smart TV, two seater sofa, kettle and fridge. WiFi is available. Well sized bathroom with a bath and over bath shower. Towels and bedding included. On street parking available. Two very friendly dogs who share the garden space outside the annex!

Comfortable cosy flat near Bath and Bristol

The flat is cosy, light and homely. There’s 3 heaters in the annexe for chilly evenings. Tea/coffee/sugar/towels are complimentary. It is around 7miles into Bath/Bristol where there is ample car parking. Bus service to Bath/Bristol are 100yrds of flat. A car is recommended for supplies. Please let us know if your car is large so we can advise parking on our drive. The nearest station is Keynsham which is a 10min drive/30min walk. Tv is available with Netflix and all sports channels

Welcome to The Cabin, a separate & peaceful annex

The property is warm and cosy and set in a secure setting in the countryside in between Bristol and Bath. It's a separate annex that comes with a fully equipped kitchen and en suite shower room. A great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep without interruption. We're just 15 minutes' drive from Bath Park and Ride, which is 10 minutes from the centre of Bath. Oh and if you would like a freshly laid free range egg for you to cook for your breakfast, just ask.

Beautiful cosy summer house

Recently completed, purpose built summerhouse. Perfect for 1-2 adult guests. Conveniently located 6 miles from Bristol city centre and 10 miles from Bath city centre. Both are easily accessible via car, public transport and bicycle. The summerhouse consists of a double bedroom and a separate shower room, with sink and toilet. It is accessible via a private gate located at the back of the garden. There is also free on street parking in a cul-de-sac location.

Local amenities within walking distance include a range of shops, pharmacy, cafes/ restaurant and a David Lloyd gym.

Honeysuckle Hut

Located between Bristol and Bath this stay is the perfect base for sight seeing in the south west. Alternatively it’s everything you need for a romantic mini break. Inside a microwave, hob and fridge with freezer to prepare meals. A sofa, smart tv, WiFi and best of all a wood fire stove to kick back and relax inside with a view of the field where often deer and even a hedgehog are seen. Outdoor seating area and hot tub for an evening under the stars.
