The location of my property is on the famous Jurassic Coast a World Heritage Site. My flat has a ground floor entrance and is for two people. It has an open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area, parking is available for one vehicle. (Not allocated) You are 100 yards from the beach. West Bay has casual /gastro pubs dining. Dog friendly annexe with rural views at Hell Lane

Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

Stanton garden apartment with sunny terrace, Lyme.

Stanton is a sunny ground floor apartment which looks out onto an attractive garden. It is in a very quiet rural location up a private lane but within 15mins walking distance of the beautiful town and seafront of Lyme Regis. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and sitting area with TV. The bedroom is well furnished with a large shower room adjacent. The terrace is for your private use and overlooks a shared garden area. (Not suitable for guests with mobility problems)

The Duck Wing, quirky dog friendly apartment

The Duck Wing is a quirky, self contained apartment on the first floor within Plenty Cottage. It's beautifully appointed for a relaxed, carefree stay in a wonderfully rural environment. Nothing is too much trouble. It sleeps two in double bed in a pretty bedroom and has a double sofa bed too. Own bathroom/shower, a separate WC and a warm spacious living area. The pub is 7 mins walk away and the beaches a 5 mins drive. The private, heated swimming is available 1st April - 31 Sept

You can walk the cliff path for breakfast at the Hive cafe on Burton Bradstock or to the Anchor at Seatown for drinks and dinner on the cliff. Explore the coastline jump in the double kayak then back to sample the menus at Rise or The Watch House just outside your door.

The modern newly built luxurious self contained annexe is located on the ground floor, with its own front door to the right hand side of the main house. Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.

We are situated 600 yards, through the nature reserve, from the beach and at the top of the hill with panoramic views over Weymouth bay, beach and nature reserve. 3 miles from the town With loads of parking available outside .You’ll love my place because of the location, the views. good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and small, well behaved dogs.
