Breakfast served in the room on request. In the heart of Brighton but in a residential street, a few mins from shops, restaurants. The sea is 12 mins walk.

Relax and feel at home in this boutique seaside retreat – it’s the perfect getaway. Ideal as a base for couples and friends to explore Brighton and Hove.

Close to Brighton, the universities and the Downs - a city break or walking holiday base. We're a bit further out, uphill, close to the race course, but with free parking. Walk to town is 25 mins. Near to bus stops for regular buses to town and the beach. 5-10 mins in a car from town or the station.

This is my smallest room and has a wall of Disney mugs. It's at the top of the house. There is a shared shower room the floor below and towels and breakfast is included. The room has a double bed, bedside lights, television and a little hanging /storage space. Guests may use the dining room for laptop work or for preparing meals.

Great location, luxury house, quiet residential street, 5 minute walk to the beach and Kemp Town with its trendy bars/restaurants and independent shops. 20 minute walk west to Pavilion, Pier and city centre or east to the Marina. Frequent buses/taxis will have you in the city in moments.
