NB: This is a loft suite at the top of a family home (sharing front door/stairs with us). It will feel like private apartment (though no kitchen and we need it to be a quiet space). We can offer parking permits at £4.50 per day (but let us know in advance) and we can't guarantee a space. We offer a cosy space in a great location. You have a sunny, stylish double room, a separate sitting room w/sofa bed, en-suite shower/WC and a fabulous view across Brighton rooftops and out to the sea.

Our newly renovated loft conversation space comprises a bright modern bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. On a good day, if you stand on tip toes, look in the right direction and have good eye sight, you may be able to see the sea 🌊 5 mins walk from numerous pubs, coffee shops and restaurants and 19 mins (15 mins if you are fast walking or long limbed) to Hove beach.
