The huge open plan living space offers a large seating area with log burner. The handmade kitchen has a 4 gas hob, fridge freezer and wine cooler. The dining area can seat up to eight comfortably. This 4 metre high space creates an instant impression and brings the concept of glamping to a new level. Badger has two double bedrooms, the larger of which can accommodate a cot next to it. Up the stairs, the mezzanine can sleep 3 singles or re configured into a kingsize and a single. The bathroom has a walk in shower with excellent water pressure and oodles of hot water, a composting toilet and sink. Outside is a wood fired hot tub that can seat up to 8, perfect for a drink at sunset and to watch the stars. Alongside the tub is more seating and a fire bowl. A great place to chat as the flames dance in the night air. A sturdy BBQ and picnic table complete this area. Perfect for al fresco dining.

Little Vines, a modern wooden clad building within the grounds of our home. Nestled in the heart of West Chiltington, it offers spacious living/dining space with beautiful roof lantern for you to gaze up into the lovely old trees. A king size & double bedroom makes this space versatile for those seeking a quiet location break. Large, light & airy room near Brighton

The house is in a very quiet location with lots of parking and has a large garden with two decks, where you can eat your breakfast on a nice day. The room is large and very bright (not at night we have blackout curtains), with loads of drawer and hanging space a very comfy double with luxury bed linen and towels. We are only about 5 mins walk to the glorious South Downs and a 15 min walk to the beach or station to catch a train into Brighton, Shoreham-by- Sea or Worthing.

Our lodge is positioned on the edge of a large fishing lake, hidden amongst great fir trees and surrounded by uninterrupted farmland. Experience lakeside living on a farm. Please note, that for health and safety reasons, we have installed a barrier on the decking which includes metal rails and metal mesh.
