Our Tiny Home sits tucked away in the heart of Hove, in our garden. You’ll sleep on a comfy double bed in the mezzanine, gazing at the stars through a velux. Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

The cottage is set in a rural location where you can look out from all rooms across the fields, spotting horses, sheep and cows. The cottage is animal and children friendly, with plenty of walks straight from the door. The living space is open planned with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The ground floor is all on one level suitable for wheelchair access with a ramp to the front door. Also features a large walk in bathroom on the ground floor. Shoreham Beach Cabin

Take a break and unwind at this new, modern, private self contained cabin, a short walk from Shoreham's beautiful beach and nature reserve. The cabin is accessed by its own private entrance. Very close to local shops, restaurants and take-aways and a short walk to the footbridge over the River Adur to Shoreham-by-Sea town with its wide range of restaurants, pubs, takeaways and shops. Step out onto beautiful coastal walks/runs, plus close access to the stunning South Downs National park.

This secluded barn is a quirky unique space located the foot of the South Downs Country park. Placed on the crossroads of bridle/footpath. Bbq and secluded outside space, living area, wood burner. One bedroom, king size bed with a Hypnos premier mattress, tea/coffee etc., Short walk to pub where your dog is welcome. The Old Barn has a breakfast & food prep area, air fryer, microwave, fridge Welcome pack provided & continental breakfast. BBQ packs available on request before /during stay

H Lake Camper van/ camping pitch/ wild camping

A wild camping site offering a private camper van parking space on your own secluded lake at the end of a long track. The camper van in the pictures is not available, this is simply to illustrate. Enjoy staying in the middle of a 70 acre woodland on the edge of a stunning lake with far fetching views. There are no toilets, water or electricity provided on the pitch. Please bring bottled water. However, there is a communal toilet/warm shower block within a 10 minute walk of this pitch.
