In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

The beach inspired unit is located in a perfect location with the Mornington peninsula and Frankston beaches easy to get to. The train station is walking distances. Wake up to morning sun and start your day with a walk along the famous Frankston beach. In the afternoon, there is a park 30-second walk away to watch the sunset from one of Melbourne's most secretive viewing spot. Bushwalks, restaurants and shops are a short walk away as well as arts venues.
