3 bedroom Art Deco villa privately positioned in a quiet tree-lined street. + 2 mins walk to 3 different bus routes + 400 meters walk to beach , shops, restaurants and bars + You have the entire house with 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom with ensuite and 3 car parks in the driveway + spacious 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 1 bath tub and a huge pergola under cover. The ensuite room has a french door open into a private courtyard + lounge room has a double sofa bed - can be closed off for privacy

Our beach home is situated on the Esplanade in Portarlington with views of the city, bay and You Yang Ranges. Relax and unwind and watch the sunrise over the bay each morning. The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire!
