Amazing sea view apartment

Our 3 apartments are located in the resort PEROJ (located between Pula and Rovinj) in a beautiful house with stunning sea views opposite the beautiful Brijuni Islands. The house is in a quiet location about 800m from the beach. It is surrounded by a large garden, where there is also a grill that you can use freely. The apartments are comfortable, functional and fully equipped with Parking place free of charge. Supermarket, bakery and restaurant are just 200m from the house away. Moreover, cafes, currency exchange etc. Something very special: we have its own PRIVATE PROPERTY of 1000sqm directly on the Sea / beach for the exclusive use of our guests, where you can undisturbed swim and sunbathe ! Also on this private property, there is a barbecue where you can have your meals or even grilling (tomorrow freshly purchased) fish and eat quietly. We will also offer you more with our homemade wine and homemade extra virgin Olive oil. We speak German, Croatian, Italian and English.

Villa Bilen with pool & private garden

Villa Bilen is a charming villa in Medulin, near Pula, set in a peaceful countryside location, only 2 km from the beautiful sand beach. In its nicely decorated interior can accommodate 4+2 guests. Interior retains plenty of rustic charm with traditional wooden beams. Villa is totally enclosed in a big private garden, surrounded by nature, olive groves and orchards. Within the beautiful green garden there is a private pool 16 m2 , perfect for relaxing in the sun. We welcome families and pets!

Villa Flores

My place is close to the airport. You’ll love it because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor wheel chair friendly. Nearby horse riding, quad safari, adventure park, also, explore wine, olive and honey roads of Istria. Towns of Pula and Labin are only 30 minutes away, Rovinj and Porec on the west coast about 60 minutes drive. Enjoy your experience in Istria.

Quiet and cozy house located on a private property with plenty of private space, pets are welcome! The perfect destination for a stress-free getaway. House next to the sea

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The beach is only 80m away. there are meny restaourantes, bakery and shops. The house is only 15 min walk to the center amd the way leading to the center is by the sea. Next to the house is also a turistic train that drives you to the city center. The house has a garden and the property is fences and suitable for pets.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

A nice and cosy apartment, renovated in 2022, located in a quiet street on the first floor in a family house, perfect for a family vacation. The apartment is located 5 minute walk from beautiful beaches, it has a shared fireplace in the yard and lovely balcony looking on an organic garden! Walls are decorated with original hand - painted decorations made by my mother:)

Our one-room apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, only 15 minutes' walk to the city center and 20 minutes to the nearest beach. In the immediate vicinity, about a 2-minute walk away, there is a mini market, a stand with local fruits and vegetables, and several restaurants.
