BnB in Barn with 2 ensuite Bedrooms

The Barn has a "retro/rustic/bunk house character" with exposed beams some dating from the Napoleonic Wars. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other has two single beds of which one is on long legs!), both have en-suite wet rooms and lead off the large living/play area. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen area in the main room comprises an electric cooker, butler's sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, kettle and toaster, utensils and crockery. Complimentary beverages, breakfast cereals, eggs mostly from our own hens, homemade bread, jam and cake, milk and bacon are provided to kick start your stay. There is a full size table tennis table and bar football for the young at heart! The sitting area is around a cast iron wood burning stove has a digital TV with SKY and an Ikea sofa which makes up into a full size single bed. Background heating is provided by a state of the art computer controlled electric panel system and there are panels in each bedroom. Off street parking is on the shared pebbled yard next to the Barn. The Barn is accessed via a shared drive with the main house in which the hosts live. The drive has large metal gates separating it from the public park (Redland Green) over which there is a tarmacked access road leading from Redland Green Road. There is a children's play area near the house. Redland Green Farm is in a sylvan setting but is only one mile from the city centre and has good bus and train links with the main line stations. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments, shops and amenities within walking distance either on the Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Clifton.

Room includes Breakfast (Full english and other choices) en suite bathroom. Please note this is not a room rate. Secure off road parking. Central location for visiting Bath, Bristol, Wells and Cheddar. Close walk to Stanton Drew stone circle and short distance to Chew Valley lakes and trout fishing. Also within 5 miles of Bristol airport, great for staying and flying. Airport parking available and price on request Inc transfer. Local village pub the Druids Arms short walk for great food.

Characterful Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast.

Star Vale Farmhouse enjoys a prominent position on Sodbury Common, South Cotswolds. Guests can enjoy uninterrupted views and direct access to explore the common, grazed by cattle from May to December. The B & B room is located in the originally part of the 18th Century Farmhouse, accessed via a private staircase with original oak beams and floor boards. A full English breakfast, using locally sourced produce, will be served in the Breakfast room where a wood burning stove is often alight.

Simply Bed and Breakfast in a cottage nr Bath.

We live at Prospect Cottage with 2 cats, you will be staying in the house with us. The 2 bedrooms for BnB are in the cottage(a 3rd king size bedroom is possible upon request) We are close to Bristol airport, Bath, The Pig and Priston Mill. A quiet village location. The village has a pub, The Butchers Arms and a small village shop/cafe 2 bedrooms each with double bed, sleeps up to 4, sharing a tiny ensuite shower and a small downstairs loo. Top floor is private(unless booked for a 5/6th person)

Large bright superking room with private bathroom

In the heart of Redland, 10 minutes walk from Whiteladies Rd and The Downs this residential house is hosted by Kaz and Steve. It offers a lovely large room with a superking bed (can be converted to twin beds). Self-service breakfast (cereal etc) available. There is a gorgeous garden out back and guests are welcome to enjoy the decked patio area overlooking Redland Green. There is parking available for one car on the driveway. Pixie, our small non-shedding Shorkie, will also make you welcome.

Double Room - Female guests only

Clean, comfortable double bed and stylish room. This is a female only house so you can feel safe and secure. Use of shared bathroom. Tea, coffee and a simple breakfast of cereal provided - plant based milk. 2 minutes walk to bus stop - 15 mins bus ride into town. Countryside on your doorstep with spectacular views, local shops around the corner. Quiet house with friendly female home owner. sweet cats. Happy to chat and offer tips and advice of where to visit and make you feel at home.

Come and enjoy our gorgeous Stable Room @ Combe Hay. Just 4 miles from the beautiful Georgian City of Bath yet situated in beautiful and peaceful countryside. It is very easy to get into Bath by car or by bus using the nearest park and ride site. The room is very spacious and is beautifully decorated using many furnishings and accessories from Neptune. Beautiful loft conversion in family home with own bathroom. Stunning panoramic views of Bristol from the front and peaceful gardens and allotments at the back. We live on a quiet road 0.7 miles from Temple Meads train station and 1.4 miles from the city centre. Continental breakfast provided for short term guests. Access to our shared kitchen can be arranged occasionally if needed. There are two lovely parks on the doorstep plus shops, great pubs, eateries and bakery nearby.

Nursery Cottage Accommodation

Mal and co-host Trish welcome you to Nursery Cottage. We offer a private lounge, double bedroom and en-suite facilities. (A continental breakfast can be provided at a small extra charge if required.) For families we have the option to provide a double sofa bed for children. There is a private entrance to your accommodation at the main front door and a bench and courtyard outside for sunny days. Check in between 16:00 and 22:00. Check out at 10:30
