Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Historic Italianate house garden apartment two steps below street level, in the heart of historic waterfront village. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this is an artists house and reflects an artists touch. Right on the Bicycle Path and hosts own nearby Warren CiderWorks with tastings Thursdays-Sundays and food truck Taco Box right next door. Beach a few blocks away , Ocean beaches as close as 40 minutes. Bicycle rentals available in nearby Bristol.
