This gem is at the epicenter of shops, restaurants and nightlife! Enjoy all our town offers within walking distance- The Barter Theatre, The Creeper Trail, The Tavern, Jack's 128 Pecan, Foresta, Summers Rooftop/Cellar, Rain, The Girl & The Raven, SweetBay Brewery, and much, much more- and it was literally built over a spring!

It is located lakefront with access to boat dock with kayaks, swimming, enclosed private hot tub with tv and water activities. Gather around at the fire pit after a fun day at the lake. Cook in the fully furnished kitchen or better yet cook out on the grill. Curl up with a good book and watch the boats drive by. Centrally located close to State Street in Bristol and Johnson City. Perfect escape!

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

This 1100 sq ft home is very cozy and quiet and only a 10 minute drive to the Bristol Race Track and the Pinnacle Shopping Center, 15 minutes from downtown Bristol and 10 minutes from Bristol Regional Hospital. Also, only a 10-15 minute drive to Kingsport where Holston Valley Hospital is and a 20 minute drive to Johnson City. Asheville, North Carolina is just an hour and 15 minutes away. Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood are also an hour and a half away.
