PLEASE make sure you count children as guests on the reservation.Our Cyclist cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and one full bathroom.The cabin faces the Creeper Trail and has a lovely large covered porch area with plenty of seating.The river is just steps away at the back of the property.Boasts a well-stocked kitchen,a gas grill, a dishwasher, AC, Smart Tv and Wi-Fi. DO NOT WEAR BIKING footwear in the cabin if it has spikes or hard bottoms,it will scar the floor, and you will be charged

The cabin has been renovated with all the modern conveniences: solar-powered and includes hot water, gas stove, full bathroom w/ shower, refrigerator, sleeper sofa folds out to queen size bed. With each stay fresh towels and linens are furnished. Kitchen, hot/cold kitchen sink, K cup friendly coffee machine and more! Covered front porch with bench and 2 rockers. Enjoy a self-guided bike tour of Bristol! 2 miles from Steele Creek Park. 1 mile from downtown. Enjoy restaurants & live music. There is a 2nd bathroom in the basement. Recently remodeled the downstairs bathroom! Be careful on the narrow stairs. Please turn the knob on the front door to lock it as you are leaving. I hope you enjoy your stay at our Beauty!

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.
