We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for guests with infants or toddlers. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.

Railway Cottage, Holt - garden, accessible annex

Retaining bags of character with stripped wooden floors, squashy sofas and large comfortable beds. The main house features a sunny sitting room with comfy sofas, big TV and open fire. The family room is open plan incorporating the kitchen (with an Aga), dining area and squishy sofas with a TV.
