Sunny studio apartment in town center with balcony

Gorgeous flat! Perfect to explore Brixen & surrounding area. Set in "old town wall" surrounding historic center, this open plan apartment has colorful walls & furniture, and a sunny balcony! A fabulous gym (Aquarena) with sauna / pools is nearby. Quiet street (no cars) and views of the dome and mountains. A balcony full of flowers in summer! We live in the flat above and love the area! (P.S. there's a small crack in the window pane on the balcony. Just wanted to point out it's already there.)

Comfortable 70sm apartment, 5min walk from train station, with bus-stop right here, useful to reach city center, train station, bus station, skiarea Plose or the SpaCenter Acquarena, with balcony with view on Plose. Very close to Sportcenter, markets, pharmacy, riverwalk, restaurant. A nice place with living room and separated kitchen where you have place for breakfast and a quick lunch. There is also a storage room for your luggage, jackets, shoes etc. Parking FREE.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt, nicht weit vom Brixner Dom, dem Pharmaziemuseum und dem Weihnachtsmarkt. Unser kleines romantisches Mühlenzimmer liegt inmitten von Gärten, Apfelwiesen und Weingärten. Die Mühle befindet sich auf unserem Hof, direkt neben einem kleinen Bach - Erholung mitten im Grünen. Wenn die Nächte ab Oktober wieder kühler werden kann man sich auch in unserer gemütlichen Bauernstube am Kachelofen aufwärmen bevor man sich in der Mühle unter der kuscheligen Decke verkriecht.
