Its modern open plan living space with main feature of wood decore. it is well equipped with all important necessities. The flat floor area is 22m2. THE terrace has 20m2 and breathteaking views to forests and fields. The train to the center of Brno is a 10-minute walk away. Travel time is 10 min. Bus conection is also available. There are also many convenient trams and bus connections around the area. It is 9 min by tram to the centre and 15 min walking. Grand Prix is 10 minutes by car. You have all privacy what you need.
