Baydream Studio is a private self-contained and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has magnificent direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Beach Lookout - Direct Beach Access - NO Guest Fee

Beach Lookout is a charming one bedroom apartment with direct access to the famous blue flag "Viking Bay" in Broadstairs and unprecedented panoramic views of the bay and sea from the balcony. You have the pier/harbour arm directly opposite and watching the sun rise whilst laying in bed through the balcony doors is amazing (I have uploaded a photo). You can sleep with the doors open in the summer and the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore is one awesome soundtrack!

Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.
