We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Take it easy at this unique getaway, sleeps 4 woodland walks, local pub/restaurant ,Micro brewery and much more to make your time away a memorable one. Relax in the countryside or take a short drive to the local town/Beach. Spend some private time relaxing in our heated swimming pool, and then retire to your own comfort of the "Cosy Cottage" for that long earned rest. Herne Bay,Whitstable towns and the city of Canterbury just 15 mins by car. Local buses run frequently in both directions Enjoy.

Holly Tree Cottage - A Hidden Gem in the Old Town

A beautiful hidden cottage on the edge of the Old Town, tucked away among the trees with private driveway, front garden and just a few minutes stroll through the vintage shops, award-winning restaurants, bars and cafes to the beach. Our historic cottage has been newly restored to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and bespoke features throughout. Located in a perfect green and tranquil spot, the wonderful Turner Contemporary art Gallery and main sands are just a 3 minute walk away.

If you are looking for some vintage charm by the sea and you love the sound of seagulls, Gull Cottage set over 3 floors is the one for you. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

Bell Cottage a Beautiful Little Cottage

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Stylish & comfy - St Peter's village, Broadstairs

The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

The interior is stylishly designed in keeping with the cottages period, the calm setting is a perfect place to to rest, unwind and relax."

Situated at the end of a private country track, opposite the village cricket pitch and only two minutes walk away from a lovely country pub. The Wickets has a large secluded garden and log fired Scandi hot tub. The perfect location for local beaches and countryside walks. The cottage is based on our property but has its own private garden and entrance. Dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25. The property has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 small children or one extra adult.

The Coach House | A Cottage & Garden By The Sea

Welcome to the Coach House – an 1830s listed mews cottage on a historic square right by the beach and on the edge of Margate’s Old Town. This is a central, cocooning and calming retreat, whether you're sightseeing or beachcombing. Walk 10 seconds to see the sea, 5 minutes and you're on the sand, or 1 second to sit in the garden. We've furnished the home slowly, with mid-century treasures, contemporary pieces, and a few Georgian antiques as a nod to the building's beginnings.

The Calf Shed at Broxhall Farm

Broxhall Farm is a traditional family farm set in some of The Garden of England's finest countryside. We warmly invite you to come and stay in The Calf Shed- a traditional old brick and flint farm building once used for rearing dairy calves. The space now features cosy open plan self- catering accommodation with original exposed oak beams, outside garden space for al fresco dining and plenty of quiet, peace and tranquility. There is ample space for car parking outside.

This cottage has been completely refurbished in a light and airy nautical theme. The cottage is within easy reach of several Blue Flag beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. It is tucked away in a quiet idyllic courtyard but close to all the amenities Broadstairs has to offer. There is ample free parking on the Eastern Esplanade only two minutes walk away. We are happy to accept dogs (An additional pet fee of £25.00 will be requested on booking).
