Family holidays are made easy in this relaxed beach house in the popular area of West Busselton. Only 400 meters to the beach and a short drive from Busselton city center this home is great place to situate yourself in your next down south Holiday. You can walk or cycle on the direct beachfront pathway leading to the Busselton foreshore and world-famous jetty, or simply enjoy the beach at the end of the street. WIFI, Smart TV and ducted AC/heating throughout as well as a fully fenced backyard.

Busselton Farm Studio (pet friendly)

Come down south in the off season. This is an established farming property which I have owned for forty years. A two room studio suited for couples and a seperate larger studio for families (under 3 are free in off season) they will love the space. It’s only a 2 hr drive. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds. This is a registered B&B with the City of BUSSELTON

ABBEY BEACH OASIS

Welcome to Abbey beach Oasis! A 1950's character home nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on Geographe Bay Rd. With direct access to beach, it is perfect for 1-2 families. Outside pets are welcome with dog bowl, kennel and fenced yard for medium to large dogs. Fence has a couple small gaps under a couple panels that a small dog could potentially get under. 10min to Busselton/Dunsborough and on the doorstep of the famous Margaret River Wine Region with the best surfing/family beaches in Australia.

A lovely quiet residential area in the beautiful Geographe area in Busselton. Set just 400m from a dog friendly beach and across the road from a lush park with play equipment. This designer shed offers two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Set back from the road with parking available for two vehicles, this property is private, fully fenced and pet friendly. Just a short walk away is a small shopping complex with a supermarket, bottle shop, fast food and pharmacy.

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.
