The Caretakers Apartment is located in the Lodge of Townsend. The Lodge is conveniently located 1 block of Main Street, close (1 block) to Heritage Park and shopping. Canyon Ferry Brewing is on the same block. The Lodge of Townsend hosts a daycare/preschool, a speech therapist, as well as rooms for rent . The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with service for 4. The full size sleeper sofa in the living room provides an additional place to sleep. The den can be used for an offfice.

The Iron Mask Cabin

Beautiful Canyon Ferry Lake views in this adorable pet-friendly cabin. Two bedrooms easily sleep 5 comfortably. The first bedroom has a dreamy queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk-bed for adults or children! Full bathroom with tub and shower. Also, a half bath with laundry facilities. Fully stocked brand new kitchen! This lake-view oasis also has a gas grill on the covered porch with patio furniture so you can enjoy the fully-fenced back yard complete with doggie door!

Cozy Home in Belgrade

Entire 2 bed 2 bath apartment to yourself. This apartment is located inside the hosts home but has its own entrance and is entirely separate. GREAT LOCATION : 1 minute to downtown Manhattan. 15 minutes to Belgrade, MT. 25 minutes to BZN airport. 1 hour 45 minutes to YNP. 47 minutes to Bridger Bowl. 1 hour 16 minutes to Big Sky Resort. 25 minutes to Bozeman Hot Springs. Sometimes early check in can be accommodated. We do charge a $75 flat fee for any check in before 3:00 pm.

Loft on Broadway

Located in the old Power Townsend building in the heart of Townsend, Montana, the Loft on Broadway is an updated space with old town charm. Built in 1910 and completely renovated in 2023, it boasts the original red brick walls inside the apartment and a central downtown location. With each booking we include a $25 gift card to Deep Creek Pizza, conveniently located just below the Loft! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open kitchen and living area make this place a gem!

Canyon Ferry Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with views of Canyon Ferry Lake and the Elkhorn and Big Belt Mountains. The guesthouse features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Room 1 features a queen size bed. Room 2 has a bunk bed with full size bed on the bottom and twin on top. The bathroom features a walk-in tile shower. This is the perfect location to enjoy the Helena-Townsend area including Canyon Ferry Lake!

Three Forks Farmhouse

Come and enjoy the relaxing ambiance of the Three Forks Farmhouse. It’s equipped with all the modern amenities including an 85” smart tv. Enough room to sleep 7 comfortably and host 8 for dinner. The property is fully landscaped with a gas bbq and patio seating for 8. A perfect family retreat to slow down and recharge yet only a 30 minute drive into Bozeman. Sorry no animals or smoking allowed.

Hilltop Tiny Home

Located on ten acres approximately four miles outside of Three Forks Montana, near I-90. Cabin is next to the primary home where small children live and play. We do not allow dogs & cats unfortunately but accomodations can be made for a horse if contacted prior to reservation. We do not supply hay and there is an extra fee as well. Cabin itself is a small 23'x9' tiny home type cabin.
