Centrally located. West end Prescott. This 3rd Floor Private Apartment with 2Bedrms, 1Bath atop our century home is quiet and spacious. Minutes to Riverwalk, Kelly's Beach, downtown Prescott and Scuba park. Beautiful 180' tree top views of St. Lawrence River and surrounding area from focal point: “The Look-Out” windows. Freshly painted and refurbished with new Queen in primary and Double bed in 2nd bdrm. Equipped kitchen (no dw), 4 seat dining room, den with 40' smart tv. Please see photos.

Canton home w/ private apartment on Grasse River

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this private second-floor apartment above attached garage with its own entrance. Sleeps up to 4, clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Dog friendly w/ prior approval. Limited yard access, weather permitting. Minimal cleaning fee, because the apartment is small, I don't charge much for cleaning, please leave space tidy, and i can keep fee low. Walk to SLU in minutes & downtown Canton; SUNY Canton is a short walk across the footbridge or quick drive.

Please note: Our place does not have an elevator and is located on the third floor. Guests will need to climb two flights of stairs to access the unit. This may be challenging for seniors or guests with limited mobility.

Experience a serene stay in our cozy 3rd-floor apartment, with views of the Tay River in historic Perth. Unwind in modern comfort amidst heritage charm. Explore local attractions or relax on the deck of Coutts Cafe on the main floor. **Please note there are 3 flights of stairs which might be difficult to use for those with mobility concerns.** No designated parking but public parking lot adjacent to building. $1.50/hr from 9:00-5:00 weekdays - no overnight charge and free on weekends.

Prescott two bedroom townhouse style apartment. Three blocks from river and public boat launch. Close to St Lawrence rivers famous dive sites. Walking distance to marina. One kilometer from challenging 18 hole golf course. Fully furnished one queen one single and a pull out couch. WIFI, cable, 42" TV, air conditioning, gas fireplace, parking. fridge, stove, microwave. There is a gas BBQ and patio table available for guest use. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

This spacious downtown 2 level loft is the perfect location to enjoy everything that Kingston has to offer. Walking distance to the Grand theatre, Slush Puppie Place, restaurants, universities, ferry, and Fort Henry. This is a totally private, self contained apartment with full kitchen. The house is a heritage property in historic Perth, Ontario. It's location is steps from the downtown area and the beautiful Stewart Park. The kitchen is brand new as are the 2 queen size beds. The apartment is air conditioned, has wifi and cable tv You will have the entire upstairs apartment with private entrance. Indoor parking for one vehicle is included. Very cozy and quiet.
