Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

Perfect for guests looking to unwind in nature, starry skies by the fire, & those incredible sunsets. During the summer months enjoy the farm-fresh experience with hand picked vegetables from the garden and eggs straight from the coop. Home to a friendly pig, chickens, & three fluffy sheep. Experience tiny living in a big way for time with family & friends or a romantic getaway!

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Mid-term stays Nov-June. Nautical-themed, luxurious and romantic 1 bedroom suite. Enjoy your own 1100 sq/ft space in downtown Prescott (1 block from the River). With an industrial, modern design, this space showcases unique and custom art, literature and partial river views. NOTE: Unit access is from the exterior stairs only. This unit is on the 3rd level and is not recommended for individuals that may struggle with stairs or heights.
