It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. Large living room windows and a spacious deck provide you with a bird’s eye view of the rippling river and many types of wild life. Deer amble through the property; eagles soar and keep an eagle eye on everything. Turkeys, squirrels, coons, and myriad of birds go about their business in this serene environment. Peaceful cottage 5 mins outside of town near Wazee Lake for Diving/Kayaking/Beach, Casino, Downtown Shops & Restaurants, Across the street from Walking Path for morning run or walk to a great BBQ Joint or Local Bar & Grill with Best Burgers, Friday Fish Fry, Sat Prime Rib & huge salad bar. Finish night backyard bonfire pit or a game of bags. There is also a back deck/grill if you don’t want to leave. Full new kitchen. (Phase 2 will be outside 😉)
