I can’t respond to booking requests until 15 November. This house is on a quiet tree-lined street but within walking distance of Herne Hill, Brixton, and Brockwell Park, the biggest in Lambeth. There is very limited weekday parking. There are excellent bus, underground and train links eg 30 mins to the West End. Clapham Common is a huge park filled with cute little cafes. Brixton village is a great place for great food. There is an independent cinema in both Clapham and Brixton and plenty of pubs for a drink!

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. ( please note that although there is a sofa bed, the flat is available to book for 2 guests, or three people if guests have a child) NB Please note that at present I am only taking bookings for a max 5 nights stay, thanks.

We have lived here for over twenty years and love the area for convenience for shops & transport, friendly neighbours & parks for walking. The house is warm, safe and well maintained.
