We have just finished refurbishing this self-contained cottage. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the centre of a rural village so is very quiet. Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Northerly aspect so drenched in sun but fully insulated to keep you cosy on chilly nights. Off street car parking.

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. On a peaceful, wide street in yet central to all Berry has to offer (a flat easy walk to the Queen st shops) A luxurious king bed, full kitchen with an induction stove and oven, private laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer, back and side deck. Daikin reverse cycle air conditioner as well as glamorous Art Deco style ceiling fans. All windows/doors are double glazed for excellent sound and temperature regulation.

Experience a private and relaxing stay on the wilder side of Berry. Enjoy stunning scenery, a king bed, genuine double bathtub with views, bath robes, eco toiletries, bubbly & chocolates on arrival, full kitchen, huge deck, sun lounges, wi-fi internet, visits from native animals, total privacy and relaxation. This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Close to beaches, Gerringong and Kiama.

Little Shed on Woodhill

For those longing for a country escape with the comforts of city living, Little Shed sits mountain-side just 5km out of Berry township. A true farm-stay, gaze upon paddocks, bushland and the sea; or catch a glimpse of our roaming Scottish Highlander Cattle. Soak up the view, visit the famous Seven-mile Beach and return for a night by the fireplace. If you derive comfort from the country, Susie the Goat and Stephanie the Deer will be there to greet you, any time of the day.

Falls Cottage, in the rainforest at Jamberoo

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .

Our self-contained apartment oozes contemporary country charm with all the comforts of home. Settle back on the Adirondack chairs on the rear porch and watch the rainbow lorikeets feed in the dogwood tree shading the private courtyard. Snuggle up for a cosy night in watching the latest movies on Netflix or wander just minutes into town to enjoy the many outstanding cafes, restaurants and shops Berry has to offer.

Tiny House at Foxground

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
