In the 18th century, this beautiful single-family house housed three families, one driver and a bakery. Today turned into a residence with several patios, several fireplaces, modern floor plan with well-preserved original features matched with focus on interior details, function and lots of love. 9 rooms, two bathrooms, large cleaning room and large professional kitchen. Charmig villa med sjöutsikt ett stenkast från centrum, endast 5 minuters promenadavstånd från Sigtunas pittoreska gågata. Huset är väldigt rymligt med 5 sovrum + 1 sovrum i gäststuga med anslutning till huset och erbjuder gott om plats för både familj och vänner. Både hus och tomt med stor terass är fullt möblerad, 50 meter från en brygga som har badplats. I huset finns både bastu samt en öppen spis och två kakelugnar som förgyller vistelsen.

A contemporary and cosy house with panorama windows, the nature is the art. And cheaper to rent- then the nearest Hosel (based on 4p) Have a barbecue on the deck, or go for a swim in the lake or sea close by. Enjoy your stay at this house- who are close to the city, but in the middle of serenity.. We expect to find the house in the same clean condition as we left it.
