Cumberland State Forest, Koala Park & Golf Club within 5mins and Olympic Park (Accor Stadium & Qudos Arena) approx 30 mins drive or bus.

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Light and airy one bedroom garden flat has that true beachy feel. It has a new queen sofa bed, and brand new matress for for the double bed. Located just a 20 minute level walk from North Narrabeen Beach and lagoon, 5 minutes from Warriewood Square and across the road from the Warriewood Wetlands. Bus stop across the road. Please note the shower and toilet are located in the external laundry next to the flat. There is no ensuit in the flat.

Garden Studio in Ashfield

Hello from the hosts of the Garden Studio! If the dates you need accommodation for show as unavailable, send us an inquiry anyway as we may be able to host you. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.
