Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.

It comes equipped with a gas stove, microwave oven, and a small fridge. Safe off street parking is available. Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee starting at $50. There is a large fenched in backyard to walk your pet or have them run freely.
