The shared home includes 3 private bedrooms, a basement with a private space to read or work, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining, screen porch, patio, off street parking, and large 1-acre yard. Public transport available to Downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. LAUNDRY is ONLY for long term guests 7 days at least in the house.

This pet friendly home is located on a private drive off a neighborhood street. Easy access into the home with just one small step (pictured) at the entrance. This is a quiet location and very peaceful whether sitting out front or back! This place is great for short and mid-term stays for folks needing to be close to Cincinnati or Dayton. Other surrounding suburbs are Mason, West Chester, Middletown, and Springboro.
