Will sleep 2 (+2 option on the comfortable sofa-bed in the living area). 15-20 min walk to Sheffield Uni/ hospitals, 25-35 min walk to town. Travel cot, high chair, toys and a large trampoline available. Access to large garden with sunny sitting area + free parking. Breakfast and snacks (with consideration to food intolerances) included.

Spacious converted warehouse with huge living/kitchen & separate double bedroom. Unique property set in private courtyard in leafy S10 not far from the city yet spitting distance to countryside and the beautiful Peak District. Bus every 10 minutes from the bottom of cobbled track to the universities, hospital & town centre. We also rent out a 2 bed bungalow in the same courtyard. We can set up a the sofa bed for an extra guest, making a maximum of 5 (extra cost for 3rd, 4th and 5th guests). Microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, toaster. Wifi. This garden flat with separate access is located in the heart of Sheffield's academic and healthcare hubs. Nestled between Broomhill, Ecclesall road and 2 miles away from the city centre. Close to Botanical Gardens, Endcliffe park and a short walk to a variety of restaurants and pubs.
