Spacious, open plan coastal retreat. It has two living areas and has lovely views over the ocean from living area and covered deck. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots of family attractions, secluded beaches and coastal walks nearby. A short walk to nearby surf beach and same to a quiet,peaceful bay and another out to the Point offering secluded views. It is a 2 min drive to an IGA, butcher, coffee shop & newsagent. Min 5 day over Xmas sch hols. NO groups of young adults

Our lovely Broulee beach house is just steps away from beautiful South Broulee Beach. In a quiet cul-de-sac, the beach is a one minute walk to the end of the street and over the dunes. Walking distance to cafes and local shops, the house is clean and fresh, with three bedrooms in the main house as well as a backyard cottage with another bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There's fire places inside and out, a large deck with a BBQ and a big fenced backyard good for pets. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Upstairs has 2 outdoor areas - one huge deck overlooking the ocean and one covered outdoor area, downstairs has a 2 covered outdoor areas. Perfect for 2 families.

Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.
