Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. River Hills Farm is a beautiful and peaceful setting in the country, yet only a mile and a half from downtown Augusta Ky and the Ohio River. You'll be close to the Baker Bird Winery which is the oldest winery in the United States. In fact, it's just the next driveway down the hill! Also visit the award winning Augusta Distillery only a couple min away! Enjoy this river town with it's vintage shops, restaurants, festivals, kayaking and fishing.

Limestone Bungalow is fully remodeled, pro decorated & all yours for your visit to historic Maysville. Downtown, walking distance to restaurants, shops. A beautiful 1182 sqft house. Downstairs is a living room, dining room, full kitchen w/vintage touches, 1/2 bath, washer/dryer. Upstairs you’ll find full bathroom, bedroom 1: king bed, bedroom 2: loft w/ futon twin sz, bedroom 3: full bed. Yard w/a deck, fire pit (March-Dec) and a watch markers shop, not restored. WiFi, 2 streaming tv’s HVAC.

Franklin House - quiet country getaway

Completely restored 150 year old farmhouse located in the middle of 112 rolling acres of farmland. Beautiful views every direction. Original hand hewn beams, gas fireplace, new kitchen and bath. Uniquely decorated. Fully stocked kitchen. Bedroom has king bed. Located on quiet county road about 6 miles from Hillsboro. Close to Rocky Fork Lake, Amish community, and Paint Creek Lake State Park. AC, WIFI, Smart tv. Sit on the porch to watch the sunset and deer graze! There is no washer/dryer.

The Cozy River Home

This home is very welcoming and cozy. Located close to SR 32 and I 275. Convenient to shopping, theaters, restaurants. There are 2 small bedrooms upstairs with a feeling of warmth and comfort and a place to rest. Located in town on a quiet street across from the police station. The home has a back deck attached to home & a second deck with a view of the Little Miami East Fork River. Within walking distance to coffee shops, banks, post office, restaurants, & the village community park.

The Cottage at Asbury Meadow

Peaceful, relaxing private cottage that accommodates 4. (formerly the summer kitchen to the estate) Private bedroom with King Bed, living area offers single daybed and pullout trundle bed. Sitting on a quiet 10 acres next to the main house. No loud motorcycles or late night music. Short 12 min. drive to Augusta. For additional $16./person serving breakfast in main house, advance notice required when booking. Guests can shop in the "Silver Rabbit" gift shop for unique items.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on nearly 30 acres! Enjoy the Park like setting with manicured pond, gravel banks, 2 docks, shelter picnic area, paddle boat , kayaks and hot tub. The indoor space is pretty exceptional too! This spacious and light-filled home has two sections perfect for multiple families or friends. The Main House has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a kitchen, and arcade space; the other section of the home has 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, and a kitchen too!

Flash Lodge

Country setting house includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, 5 private bedrooms, a lower level dorm area with 12 bunk beds & kitchenette, washer and dryer. Detached shower house. There is a nice concrete patio and a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture and chairs. The house has three flat screen TV’s with a fire stick. Great internet WiFi. There is a 19 acre lake and a small pond for fishing. Parties and Events are Allowed.

Minton Lodge - Relax, Rewind, Enjoy!

Privacy and peacefulness is what you'll experience at the beautiful Minton Lodge, a service offered by the Josh Minton Foundation. 4 bedroom and 2 full baths in a very remote location on a 49 acre wooded property . Wrap around porch, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, smoker, and a wood stove in large living room. Walking trails with plenty of wildlife. Wifi, DirecTV, DVD player and two LCD TV's. 10 minutes from the Ohio River and Maysville, Kentucky.

Relax and Connect at the River

This is the perfect couples getaway! Arrive with everything you need for a few days then take a deep breath. On exhale everything not directly related to the river is turned off. Then mix and match the following activities on repeat….river and critter watching, drinks/cuddling by the fire, hot tubing, snuggling, napping, snacking, streaming...occasionally throw in some fishing, kayaking, and open fire cooking on the cast iron cookware.

The Charles

Rest, relax, and rejuvenate, on our farm. This rustic (TOP UNIT) cabin is located on one of our 200 acre beef cattle farms nestled in 50 acres of wooden walking trails. Set on the front porch while enjoying the scenic view and wildlife. Relax by the firepit with your favorite beverage while viewing the night sky. Optional guided tours of our farms are available to get close and personal with some of our 150 head beef cattle herd.
