With plush furnishings and warm decor, this house is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. To reach the historic center, you can go by foot (19-30min) or by bike (5-7min) which are available for free. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, we invite you to make yourself at home in our cozy Ghent hideaway.

Herenhuis op wandelafstand van zee en centrum

Het is een gerenoveerd oud herenhuis (veel trappen) met dimbare verlichting op het gelijkvloers. -Een living en keuken met veel lichtinval. -Een klein gezellig terrasje. -Twee badkamers, met ernaast, telkens een apart toilet. -Vier ruime en luchtige slaapkamers met telkens een tweepersoonsbed. Elk bed telt 2 aparte dekens en 4 kussens. Alle noodzakelijke inspecties werden uitgevoerd door de bevoegde autoriteiten. Voor ieders hygiëne en gezondheid, is er desinfecterende handgel aanwezig.

Verblijf in een historisch pand, recent volledig gerenoveerd in het centrum van Izegem, op wandelafstand van het station en de markt, winkels, restaurants en cafés. Centraal gelegen om steden als Brugge, Kortrijk, Gent, Rijsel, ... te bezoeken. U logeert in de rechtervleugel van het gebouw en heeft een eigen toegang tot het verblijf. De woning werd speciaal ingericht om u een comfortabel verblijf te bieden. Lunchen of dineren kunt u in de brasserie die in de linkervleugel is ondergebracht.

Our Bruges house, nestled in the city center, is just a 2-minute walk from Market Square and other attractions. Tucked away on a quiet street, it ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The ground floor offers a private bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom, a personal kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge, and more, along with a small courtyard. The University Hospital (UZ) is within walking distance. The house is supplied with all conveniences. It's spacious (145 m2), with a very reliable, high-speed internet connection. This house offers you an ideal place to work, live and feel at home.

Cosy holiday house

Huyze Cordoeanier is located in the very heart of the medieval town of Bruges, a few steps away from the central market square but in a quiet neighbourhood. Our house has been rewarded as a 4 star accommodation by the Tourist Office for Flanders! We gladly accept families and responsable adults. Our house isn't suited for groups of friends because of the quiet city area.
