It is a 4 star apartment, certification of the German Tourism Association, in a detached house (built in 2008) with a separate entrance and a size of 70 sqm. The apartment has * A spacious hallway with cloakroom * Bathroom with shower / bath and window (drying rack, mirror, two terry robes and hair dryer included) * Open plan kitchen with sitting area, two hobs, microwave with oven and grill, fridge-freezer, water and egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer with 4 drawers and a hatch to the living room * Living and dining room (with chair), flat screen TV, secretary; * Output from the living room to private terrace with seating for four people (a barbecue is often provided on request in summer) * Bedroom with double bed (1,80 m x 2m), and in addition a double bed (1,60 m x 2m), bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, two wardrobes (travel cot available at no extra charge) The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and fitted with electric roller shutter motors and smoke detectors in every room. The family house is located in a new residential area in a quiet, traffic-free location. The center of Merten is however easily accessible on foot in about 5 minutes. Until the next station is about 10 minutes (KVB network). The playground 100m away will delight your children, if you want to engage in a peaceful atmosphere to a good book once. Zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und angenehm gemütlich – ideal zum Ankommen und Entspannen. Das historische Schloss Augustusburg, der Bahnhof sowie die Innenstadt mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants sind in nur 3 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zum See wo man Wasserski und ander Sportaktivitäten ausüben kann. Oder man wählt einen der Wald Routen und genießt die Natur. Sollte es zu ruhig sein sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zur Regional Bahn. Von dort aus kommt man unkompliziert und schnell nach köln. Was nicht vergessen werden darf ist natürlich das wunderschöne Phantasialand.

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem zentral, ein kleiner Wald ganz in der Nähe, ein Badessee mit Wasserskianlage ca. 10 Minuten von hier entfernt, Phantasialand in 15Minuten erreichbar Köln in circa 15 Minuten, je nachdem wo man hin möchte auch etwas Länger (mit dem Auto). Alles mit Bus und Bahn Erreichbar. Natürlich gibt es noch viel mehr zu erkunden.

Das Messegelände ist ca. 18km entfernt. Das Phantasialand Brühl ist ca. 10km entfernt und die Kölner Innenstadt ist ca. 17km entfernt.
