Enjoy life with the tides in a totally remodeled 1974 fishing cottage. Situated on a tidal creek & pond, the cottage feels like a semi-private oasis, yet it’s centrally located near multiple beaches like St Simons, Jekyll Island, downtown Brunswick, & FLETC. Relax on the screened porch or patio & take in the waterfront views, launch kayaks or paddle boards, and fish from the shared boat ramp—all just steps away from your front door. The cottage is next door to the main house near boat ramp.

The River House escape

Cozy house that has modern new kitchen and baths and lots of living space. Comfortable beds and great views. Rivers and marsh as far as you can see. Walk down dock and get into your boat. Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.
