For your use is a gorgeous closet with crystal chandelier and an additional space (10x5 ft) with a twin bed, small table & barstool. The house sleeps 3 easily, 4 pretty comfortably (using couch). Olsen Field and Kyle Field are both less than a 12 minute walk from our place. Our gameday guest house is the back house on the property, the front house is currently rented to Texas A&M students! Charming Barndo | 6 miles from A&M campus!

Peaceful yet centrally-located 1 bedroom 1 bathroom barndominium just 5 miles from Kyle Field. The barn apartment is approx 600 sq ft. within a 60x30 insulated metal building. Perfect spot to stay if you’re visiting town for campus related events. The barn is located on the back of our 3 acre property. Our home is roughly 100 yards from the barn, and there is an RV with full time occupants on the other side of the barn.

The space is freshly renovated & ready to host up to two guests traveling to College Station/Bryan!
