Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Cute little cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little studio cottage. Not far from Little Rock In the city of Alexander/Bryant. Three miles from Carters off road park. Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Country Get Away

Nice quiet neighborhood, conviently located 20 to 25 minutes away from downtown Little Rock. You will be far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. But close enough to find any kind of food or entertainment you want in the city. We do allow pets, but we have a 100 dollar non refundable pet deposit per pet. Please let us know if you have a pet.

The Backyard Treehouse

Welcome to the Midtown Treehouse. My husband and I built and designed this 350sqft treehouse to be a peaceful retreat for our guests. The property is located behind our primary residence. Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.

This space is super clean, bright and welcoming. Everything has been recently renovated -just for you! It is stocked full of amenities with a country chic vibe. We are situated in a lovely, safe community. We are a walkable distance from a park and nature trail on the Arkansas River! This Suite has NO CLEANING FEE!!!
