Welcome to our new listing - it’s a beautiful new spot! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. New rental on the lower level of our old family home. Cozy spot close to the airport. Convenient for travelers & exploring the area. We aim to make all of our homes comfortable for guests whether for a quick stopover or a longer vacation. We love to host folks & are eager to help you have a wonderful stay. Close to Big Picture High School in Burien for proximity.

Modern, Private Studio - 3 Blocks to Light Rail

This is a private basement studio (one room) with a bathroom, full kitchen, living space with a queen size pull out sofa and a queen bed. My place is a 5 minute walk to the Othello Light Rail, and from there you'll have easy access to all of Seattle without the hassle of parking or the cost of a car rental. You’ll love it here because it's comfortable and close to everything. My place is good for couples, a family with small children, and good friends who don't mind sharing close quarters.

Seward Park Studio | With Steam Shower

Originally built in 1956 and fully remodeled in 2015, our studio delivers "retreat vibes". The entire east wall is floor-to-ceiling windows with views that peek through trees and show glimpses of Lake Washington. Sunrises can be enjoyed from bed, or experience total blackout with floor to ceiling vertical blinds. Cozy queen bed featuring an organic mattress with an Avocado topper and linens. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, big walk-in shower with a luxurious steamer. W/D included.

This 850 sq ft "mother-in-law" unit is in the quiet Lakeridge neighborhood, located between Lake Washington and the Puget Sound, just south of Seward Park. From here, you are "20 minutes to everything" This private apartment is designed for ease and rest with Roku TV, electric fireplace, kitchen, queen bed and a full size daybed (apartment can sleep three adults comfortably, [or two adults/two kids] ) This neighborhood offers great walks and views of the Lake and Cascade Mountain Range

Private King Bed Suite + Open Kitchen + Driveway

Welcome to our spacious 600 sq ft private guest suite! You'll have your own kitchen and living room as well as a private entrance and drive way that can fit 3 cars. For 3+ guests, a queen air mattress will be provided with sheets and pillows. 10 min walk to Othello Station (Rail) 3 min walk to a bus stop (route 106) 15 min drive to Airport 15 min drive to Downtown Short drive Kubota Garden, Jefferson Park Golf Course, and Seward Park. Please note that we have quiet hours after 11 PM.

Up to 2 people (no guests permitted), have access to their own suite w/ separate entrance, stylish bathroom, cheery kitchenette & patio overlooking the lake. You'll love waking up to heated bathroom floors & stunning lake views. Relax after a day exploring the PNW outdoor beauty or a day-out in town in your own hot tub or sauna. Only a 20-30 min drive to Airport, DT Seattle or Bellevue.

Our guest suite is the top floor apartment of our family home, with a separate entrance & north facing windows. Whether you are on a work trip or looking for a fun get-away, our place is perfect for you!

The unit has a steep path to get down to the entrance.
