Comfortable apartment for 4 adults and 2 babies under 12yo, in San Gimignano countryside, in a resort/farmhouse. Here in Montegonfoli you can spend a vacation in absolute relax, in an enchanted natural context, far from the noise but at the same time very close to the most beautiful attractions of the world. First floor with amazing views on San Gimignano and Chianti Hills. No aircon, but every bedroom has a large fan for the few hot nights we are getting in July/August. We usually have 15°C!

Chiancianello offers stays for groups of up to 15 guests. It consists of 2 large apartments (2 bedrooms), 1 smaller apartment (1 bedroom) and a studio. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom. There is a fully-furnished kitchen with a living area in each apartment. In addition, guests can use the LOUNGE area for common cooking, playing games or small celebrations. Studio in Tuscan farmhouse with pool & views

The studio is nestled in a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse on an olive farm near Casole d'Elsa, an unspoilt hilltop town in central Tuscany. The stone farmhouse has been restored over the years to create 3 totally separate apartments (one of which is my home) each with independent entrance , private terraces and garden space. The farm is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with spectacular views and magnificent sunsets. It is a calm and relaxed place, an idyllic retreat away from the crowds.

Capannacce is a special place for us. Farm, but not only. It is home. For us and for the animals that live here, horses, chickens, cows, felines and canids. Indeed, the heart of the farm is the breeding of racehorses, English thoroughbreds. And of the Pontremolese cow, a native heritage breed. We are immersed in the Crete Senesi, where every summer sunset is a delight. The countryside made of quietness that soothes, but not far from the town of Rapolano Terme and all related comforts.
