Right on the 4-mile bike path, you can walk & bike everywhere! Enjoy the amazing water views on your deck & private floating dock, or grill & relax in the outdoor seating. This cabin is perfect for entertaining with 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, upstairs & downstairs sitting areas, and stunning stocked kitchen! (We do have a separate rental agreement)

The Kennedy Cabin, Est. 7/7/77

"Salvaged in Ohio", this extraordinary cabin is located in the quaint village of Rushville, Ohio. Restaurants, shopping, and downtown events are in nearby Lancaster. Hike in the Hocking Hills, check out nearby historical sites, then relax and rejuvenate at the cabin. Rushville is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Featured in the 1991 Fine Home Building magazine, the Kennedy Cabin is built with 90% salvaged local materials. Note: This property is smoke free, no smoking.

The Frog Cabin

Take a step back in time at The Frog Cabin! A log cabin rich in history, nestled in a modern neighborhood close to many amenities. The original structure was built in 1840 in Wilkesville, Ohio and relocated to its current location in 1936. Each log was carefully numbered, disassembled and restored to its original specifications in Clintonville. The entire home has just been updated with new bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances while still preserving and enhancing the natural character.

It doesn't stop there though, the pool house is the gem of this property!

Enjoy an escape to the country! Nickel Valley View Cabin is nestled along the hillside with a view of rolling hills and farmland. The cabin is equipped with wifi, electricity, television and gorgeous views of the country. A large deck with a breathtaking view of Coshocton county's rolling hills! Near the cabin is a unique composting toilet fit for a king. The yard also boasts a giant playset for the kids, and a zipline for the young at heart.
