Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The unit features 2 queen beds, a banquette/table, sitting area and kitchenette with sink, micro, mini-frig. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option.

Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

We wanted to offer our 2-bedroom condo that we have tried to make both stylish, homey & family-friendly (I am a mother also). We have a full Kitchen, a private work area/sunroom-- with 2 monitors with a universal docking station (your own connectors may be needed). rooms with charging stations,& ROKU TVs. We love ATL and we want your family to also fall in love with GA.
