It's located on the second floor at the rear of the villa with a separate entrance.The villa near Botany Shopping Center( 5 min by car). The villa is a 5000 sqm garden with various flowers, plants trees . Two big decks for looking view. It is a comfortable, quiet and private place.

The apartment is well appointed and ideal for travellers or visiting family. Our apartment is quiet and private and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families .

There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. We are happy to share our wonderful environment.

Meet us at the Treehouse by the sea, only 300 metres from Maraetai Beach, which means meeting place by the sea. This gem is a special place. Have coffee with the kereru, wake up to the tuis, swim in the turquoise waters of the bay and enjoy the tranquil life of Maraetai. This sleepout is located on our property only a short walk to the beach; you will enjoy peace, the sounds of the creek running below and the visiting bird life.
