Situated on the ground floor of our two-storey family beach house, The Breeze has its own private entry. The apartment has been generously prepared with thoughtful touches like french linen bedding, floor to ceiling storage and a number of streaming services provided.

Our apartment is part of a small complex on the canal in the heart of Mooloolaba. It is on the Ground Floor with a magnificent north-facing canal outlook. This is enhanced by the canal being very wide at this point. It is located an easy walk from the main beach and all the cafes and restaurants that Mooloolaba is famous for. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of that strip to provide peace and quietness, but close enough for you to walk there should you want to.

It is fully self-contained and is modern, bright, and airy. The space also includes your own private deck with views to the glasshouse mountains. Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area. Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.

Take the pace off it at this peaceful and centrally located Hotel style room nestled between Maroochydore & Alexandra Headlands. Your stay will be highlighted by a short walk to the beach, parks, shops, cafes, restaurants & transport. Stay comfortable on those tropical days with Air Conditioner or Ceiling Fans. The unit is attached to the main house with a separate entry.
