Within the apartment we offer you 2 bedrooms and bathroom–in the main bedroom there is double bed, equipped kitchen, dining table, TV, air conditioning and the second one is with two single beds and exits to the balcony. First floor of a 100 m² house available for rent:

Family home in quite area on the Spas hill. The house is located close to Budva and near to Jaz Beach. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. On the second floor, there's a large balcony with views of the Orien Mountains and the Lastva Valley. Nearby, there's a yard with fruit trees and a vegetable garden. From the house, there's a trail to the top of the hill, from where you can see all of Budva.

Great option for a family with children traveling by car. In the pool area there is a slide for kids, two sun loungers, barbecue, large table with chairs, umbrella and a swing for small children. Three beautiful beaches, the city of Budva, are 2-7 km from the villa. Near the house there is a forest, a mountain river, a great place for hiking.

Guest suite is located 150 meters from Slovenska Beach. The Old Town of Budva can be reached with a 15-minute walk. The place is air conditioned and include a balcony with a seating area, a bedroom, kitchenette and a bathroom. It offers a flat-screen cable TV, free WiFi, and a private bathroom with a shower, hair dryer and towels. There is also a parking space in front of the house for our guests, as well as the seating area for all our guests in the patio.

Important – Room Assignment: We have four studios of this type. While all units share the same standard and amenities (AC, WiFi, kitchenette, TV, small balcony), please note that the layout and furnishing vary slightly between them. Since we rent those Studios with different agencies/platforms (like Airbnb) - it is not possible to choose the exact Studio during reservation. Your specific studio will be assigned upon arrival based on availability.
