Bring the whole family to this charming retreat on the Buffalo River in Middle Tennessee. Bluebird's Bend is an oasis of rural relaxation, designed for you to enjoy all the Buffalo River has to offer. Canoe or kayak (both provided) directly from the property and it's 400 feet of riverbank access. Use our fishing polls to catch Catfish and Crappie from one of Tennessee's cleanest rivers, or simply spread out and enjoy lawn games and other amenities over the property's 5 acres of well-kept land.

Buffalo River Fishing & Golfing!

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful river getaway. You can find plenty to do or to not do here! Sit on the deck and watch the Buffalo River flow North! Enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, golfing, local wildlife, and much more! This river home sleeps 8 comfortably. There is 1 full bath, & 1/2 in loft & an outdoor shower. Safe outdoor camping area underneath the larg deck overlooking the river and golf course. You will make wonderful memories here so book your destination with us!

Black Betty on the Buffalo

Black Betty is located right beside the river at the halfway point on the kayaking route from the Buffalo River Resort. Welcome to our Lake House! Get the S'mores ready and bring your whole crew! and watch out for BIGFOOT! Our Family has made some wonderful memories here over the years and want you to as well. This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

Cypress Creek River Retreat Dog Friendly/Fee/Pool

Our one bedroom house is just off the Tennessee River at Cypress Creek it’s 3 miles from Mouse Tail Landing State Park. We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .

River Rest

This is an amazing fully renovated cabin on almost 5 acres that you can walk right out the front door and access the water. We are located on a bay of the TN river where Tom's Creek flows in. Incredible bird watching & star gazing. Bring your kayaks, paddleboards or bass boat. When the water is up anchor out front or store at a nearby marina. There is a boat ramp on this bay although it's pretty bare bones. Mousetail Landing State Park which has newer ramps is only 13 miles away.
